After waiting two months they finally arrived and I must say that the quality was pathetic. When I called Springs Window Fashions to complain I couldn't get through, so I sent them an email. Their response was that their shutters are made by a precision machine and that most people were satisfied with the quality. I advised them to get their precision machine, Mr. Chung, a new pair of glasses. I took the shutters back to Lowe's and was given a full refund.
